Class Highlights

Module 1: The Fundamentals of Acting (Beginning Acting)

Beginning Acting is an online course that provides the essentials for starting as a working actor. Actors will explore the artistic, cultural, and technical history of acting. Learn how actors develop the expressive principles and techniques of communication. Not only will you be able to capture the essence of what Acting is all about, but you will also gradually learn more about yourself and what you have to offer the acting industry. You will also begin learning about the business of the Acting industry and how to build a business plan that works.

You will review the course videos, readings, scripts, quizzes, and projects. You will be able to assess what you have learned throughout each module with engaging quizzes allowing you to review the videos in each lesson. The videos can be viewed in any order. This course is designed to be taken from first to last (top to bottom), culminating in a storyboard assignment that allows you to put what you've learned into practice.

Module 2: Acting Proficiency:
(Intermediate Acting)

The prerequisite for taking this course is the Beginning Acting Course. Actors who have taken former classes may be able to move to this class with an audition and interview.

Intermediate Acting is an online class via Zoom. Actors will explore the artistic, cultural, and technical history of acting and learn how to develop the expressive principles and techniques of communication. This module builds on the real-world skills acquired in the Beginning Acting Class. It equips participants with acting techniques for film and commercials, script analysis, scene study, presentation skills, and preparation for auditions. It prepares you for your first audition at the end of the class.

Module 3: Mastering the Craft:(Advanced Acting)

The prerequisite for this course is the Intermediate Acting Course. Actors who have taken former classes may be able to transfer to this class after an audition and interview.

Advanced Acting is an online class via Zoom that helps advanced acting students deepen their emotional range and develop a stronger connection to their characters by exploring various techniques and exercises. Students will combine all lessons learned and apply them to multiple genres of scripts as they work on camera. Actors learn the business of acting and how to market themselves for the jobs they wish to pursue.

"The Path to Becoming a Print and Lifestyle Model: Unleash Your Inner Star"

A Lifestyle and Print Modeling course teaches individuals the skills and techniques needed to succeed in the modeling industry, specifically in lifestyle and print modeling. This course typically covers topics such as posing, facial expressions, body language, runway walking, and photo shoot etiquette. It may also include lessons on grooming, styling, and building a professional portfolio. Through this course, you can learn how to effectively communicate and showcase products or services through modeling, whether it's for advertisements, magazines, or other promotional materials. Upon completion of this course, you will receive information on how to submit to an agent and may receive a referral to an agent if you meet their requirements.
